World Nursery Rhyme Week 7th – 11th November

Posted on Posted in Listening & Talking, Literacy, Reading

We know that understanding of rhyme production is an important part of developing phonological awareness. A simple way to incorporate this in the classroom is the sharing of traditional nursery rhymes.

Next week – Monday 7th November – Friday 11th November is: ‘World Nursery Rhyme Week’. Use the materials from Music Bug to support the development of a rhyme a day.
