Read, Write, Count – Future Me

Following the highly successful launch of Read Write Count last year the  Scottish Government has launched the Future Me campaign to encourage children to bring their dreams to life. This can be done in a sentence, drawing, picture or video and parents/carers can upload their children’s dreams to the Future Me website   All families who submit a dream will receive a certificate by email for participating.

Aberdeen City Libraries is delighted to  support the campaign by hosting dedicated Future Me mailboxes in every community library where children can  use a paper entry form to submit their dream.

Read, Write count is aimed at children in Primary 1-3 but children of any age can participate in Future Me. This is a great opportunity to encourage imagination, creativity and to develop the partnership with libraries. The campaign will run until the middle of March 2017.
