We are now entering the third week of the Transformation Engagement sessions and the responses so far have been encouraging.
A range of interesting questions have been raised and the table discussions are producing some helpful information for Angela’s December report.
After the second week this is how ECS compares to other Services & Directorates:
ECS can do better. It is important to ensure your service is represented. A number of additional Transformation Engagement sessions will be taking place and this is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about the Target Operating Model. To build the council of the future we need your input. I urge you all to attend and make your voice heard.
