Our free twilight CPD sessions this term will explore a range of issues related to the Global Goals and you are welcome to attend as many as you like.
All sessions are free of charge

Wednesday 2 May – Global Goals: Two Years On
Learn about the UN SDGs and the ways they can teach your children about global citizenship.
Wednesday 16 May – Teaching Global Issues Through Storytelling
Use informal, engaging techniques to create interest and discussion in global issues through storytelling.
Wednesday 30 May – Gypsy Roma & Traveller History Month
Explore the culture, understand the barriers and address stereotypes and racism towards children from Gypsy Roma & Traveller backgrounds.
Wednesday 20 June – Literacy & Global Citizenship
Gain confidence in linking Literacy with Global Learning through the curriculum.
Wednesday 4 July – Online session: How can MDEC help you next year?
