REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Course

  • HACCP from purchase to service
  • Spoilage and preservation
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting
  • Food premises and equipment
  • Food pests and control
  • Food safety law and enforcement

 

The course includes a half hour exam and is delivered by qualified REHIS presenters and is supported with quizzes and videos.
