Gateway to Leadership
Input from participants in the SCEL leadership programme.

Monday 28th January

Wednesday 27th February

Preparing for Promotion
Sharing information about the promotion process including tips for success.


Monday 18th March

*3.1 Ensuring wellbeing, equality and inclusion
Pedagogy, discussion and examples of practice that promotes inclusion and equality.

Thursday 2nd May

2:2 Curriculum – learning pathways
Developing a curriculum – a whole school approach to raising attainment.

Monday 3rd June

1:2 Children and young people leading learning
Pedagogy, discussion and examples of relevant school practice.

Anne Wilkinson, Head Teacher, Ashley Road School

All sessions will take place at Aberdeen Grammar School in Room 114, please note there is a class working in 114 until 3.45pm. There is parking at the Grammar School.
Coffee will be available from 3.45pm in the school staffroom, opposite Room 114. Sessions will run from 4-5.15pm. Please arrive when you can, we appreciate that leaving school, traffic and travelling times can be challenging.
