The admissions form for schools has been updated to reflect new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements. The attached form is to be used as provided to gather admissions information. The form must not be amended by schools and is supplied as a PDF for your use.
The form includes a Privacy Notice which meets our requirements under GDPR and has been approved by legal and coporate governance.
