As you may have noticed, we are experiencing proxy issues this morning in Aberdeen. Seemis and IT are investigating this. Once you click OK on the error message it seems that you can continue to log in and use Click and Go in the normal way. Please contact mis@aberdeencity.gov.uk with any further issues.

SEEMIS Issues Resolved

Please see latest update from SEEMIS SERVICE Status 24/4/18 – update 15:45 SWAN reported an issue on their network that is impacting multiple sites. We have now been informed that the issues effecting the availability and performance of SEEMiS services and internet access via the SWAN/JA.Net interlink have now been resolved.

Connection Issue Resolved

Seemis has reported that:- The connection issues experienced by multiple authorities this morning have now been resolved. The server has been restarted and access tested. Users can now successfully log in.
