Texthelp Read&Write for Google Chrome should be utilised by every student and member of staff who accesses G:suite for Education, e.g Google docs, google slides and google drive. This tool should not be targeted to any particular groups, it should be a whole school approach.
Texthelp Read&Write for Windows offers greater functionality and should be accessed by pupils requiring additional support or those aiming to complete digital exams.(Please note Dragon Naturally Speaking by Nuance is still the recommended speech-to-text product for SQA exams). The Windows version should also be used for Primary schools who haven’t began their google journey with G:Suite.
